Customized Lab Scale Strip Casting System in Glovebox Gas purification

STA-500-GB is a lab-scale strip caster in a glove box with an oxygen and humidity level of < 1 PPm.   Metallic alloy will be melted via induction heater with swing-able graphite crucible, then molten will be cast into BN  slot die and quickly solidified on the water cold rotary copper wheel to form a solid strip. The metallic strip will be winded in a roller.  The induction heater will melt materials up to 1700oC up to 1000 g under purified inert gas of the glovebox.
