Economic Vacuum Melt Wire Spinning System with 15KW Induction Heating

STA-W200 is an economic vacuum wire melt spinning system for the research lab to prepare amorphous metallic wire < 20-micron diameter via induction heating and rapid quenching on a specially designed spinning copper wheel.

    Features

    The system consists of the vacuum chamber and induction heating with a spinning wheel with max. 70 meter /sec. spinning speed

    Can melt metallic sample around 10 - 50 g per batch. up to 2000oC.

    Customer can use own vacuum pump and water chiller to save cost

    For Fe base alloy  usually can achieve < 100-micron diameter
