  • STA Refractory Ceramic Fiber Blanket include 1260°C, 1350°C, 1430°C. ceramic fiber blanket are manufactured from alumina-silica materials and offer such characteristics as high temperature stability, low thermal conductivity, low heat storage, excellent thermal shock resistance, light weight, and superior corrosion resistance. Max temperatures up to 1430°C (2600°F).

     

    The ceramic fiber blanket and mat product family consists of a group of lightweight, thermally efficient ceramic fiber insulating materials that combine the advantages of both low heat storage and complete resistance to thermal shock. Offering a broad range of thermal capabilities and physical characteristics, this product family provides proven and effective solutions to a variety of heat processing applications.

     

    Ceramic Fiber Blanket is composed of long flexible, interwoven fibers manufactured by the “spun” process yielding a strong, lightweight, durable product. This material can be used for applications with temperatures from 1000°F (538°C) to 2600°F (1425°C).

     

    Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a needled blanket that is made from high purity spun ceramic fiber, suitable for high temperature insulation up to 1425 deg C.
