STATF-1200-M Multi-Position Tube Furnace can be set up in both vertical and horizontal positions to meet various applications such as firing sample, VLS, CVD, and quenching test. Set the furnace horizontally or at an angle to grow electronic crystals for semiconductor industry use or rotate it vertically for sintering applications.
STATF-1200-M high temperature vacuum tube furnace is a CE Certified compact tube furnace with a 50 mm dia. alumina processing tube and Super KANTHAL A1 heating elements. The laboratory furnace is widely used in material & chemical researching labs to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions. The temperature of STATF-1200-M tube furnace is controlled by a 30 segment programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy of +/-1 C. This tube furnace has a max. working temperature up to 1200ºC.

Quartz blocks (optional) are ideal for cleaner processing enviroment and higher vacuum efficiency. For 50mm tubes, it is recommended that customers purchase two pairs of tube support to prevent tube from bending under high temperature |
