Superthal half cylinders heating module is automatically opened heating systems when the process is stopped to avoid overheating of the pipes. Half cylinder ceramic fiber heater with MoSi2 heating elements can up to 1700 C.

Half cylinder ceramic fiber heater with MoSi2 heating elements can up to 1700 C. Superthal half cylinder heating module is used both for horizontal and vertical tube furnace applications. Half cylinders ceramic fiber heater is automatically opened when the process is stopped to avoid overheating of the pipes.

     

    Superthal Heating modules are prefabricated at our facility to your specifications and designed for a wide range of thermal processing applications up to 1700°C element temperature. Panels can be vacuum formed and machined to the application and incorporated with heating elements, electrical terminations and anchoring systems thus ready for equipment installation with minimal site prep. These modules are incredibly efficient with light-weight and low thermal mass insulation, excellent heat distribution and versatile with a variety of options related to the element configuration, panel geometry, joint configurations, insulation thickness and anchoring system. This versatility makes these modular panels an appropriate solution whether laboratory or volume production furnace equipment.

     

    In the meantime, we also can suppliy all kinds of ceramic fiber heating systems, Superthal SMU, Superthal SHC, Superthal Flat Panels, Superthal HT, Superthal Mini, Superthal X, Superthal Reflector, etc high temperature ceramic fiber heating module for our customer.

     

    Superthal heating systems is a family of ready-to-install heating units with molybdenum disilicide MoSi2 heating elements integrated with ceramic fiber. The ceramic fiber heating modules are available as half cylinder, full cylinder, tubes, half-shells or panels in a broad product range. Maximum working temperature is 1500–1600°C depending on design. In this case half-shells were chosen to form an easy to open furnace.

     

    The metallic tube in ceramic fiber heating module is fabricated from the well known Kanthal APM FeCrAl alloy in a special way which gives the tube outstanding high temperature oxidation and form stability properties. The tube can be used up to 1250°C. Outside the heating chamber, the tube is water cooled and at the ends there are welded inlets for introducing different gases and vacuum. The heating elements are series connected directly to the line voltage, hence no transformer is needed. The power is regulated automatically by a thyristor controller.

     

    The Superthal heaters range includes pipes for water transportation, radiator heating systems, under floor heating systems etc. The demand for these products has developed steadily and the production capacity has been increased accordingly.
